My name is Ruth the founder of Heartfelt Hands Therapies CIC, I am a Shiatsu practitioner and body worker 17 years ago, as these practices have helped me greatly,

I am passionate about sharing the benefits of a better relationship with our bodies so I have learnt many techniques that now I offer to my clients in order to help them get what their body needs, easing pain, feeling more relaxed and en-tuned with your bodies and mind at the same time as experiencing and learning tools to feel better when needed.

I also work regularly in the community with the elderly and disabled so when you pay the full price treatment you are also contributing to the health and well-being of your community.
